Tree Testing
Goal:
We designed a Tree Test study to measure the findability of the Guest App navigation hierarchy.
How easy or difficult is it for our users to ask for support using the Blueground Guest App?
Product: Newsela.com is an educational technology company that offers readings of all genres for readers of all levels in order to support reading growth and general knowledge on various topics for students.
Method: Launch the tree test via Useberry with unmoderated external participants as well as incorporate it as part of our regular User Interview sessions
