Goal:
The goal of this project was to explore the different types of teacher users that utilize educational technology for Newsela to identify the characteristics/traits to later inform content decisions based on each persona type.
How do we provide the most simple solutions to teachers of all technology experience levels?
Method: Interview questions followed by a short Usability Test were conducted that informed the persona attributes of each teacher user.
Product: Newsela.com is an educational technology company that offers readings of all genres for readers of all levels in order to support reading growth and general knowledge on various topics for students.
